"and a man weren't meant to trott" by the icon Mr. Bill, the BBQ Pit Master...
I've eaten bbq at some of the world famous places in Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Florida and a few other states I can't spell. Graysons has the best taste, service and sauce I can find.
I am spoiled now and pass by many bbq joints because of it. I do stop by some side of the road trailers sometimes to check out a sandwich or 3.
There was an old cinder block building out on Hwy 6 west of Many years ago run by a man named Mr. Bill. He was like 80 years old. He had three tables and a coke machine. His bbq was almost as good as Graysons'. Except for his chipped beef which was ground meat.
